1. 제 48회 총회에 참석해 주신 총대님들과 사모님들 권사님들 그리고 참석해주신 모든 분들을 진심으로 환영합니다
We sincerely welcome all of you including all the members and their wives who are taking part in the 48th General Assembly.

2. 호텔예약을 하지 않으시고 참석 하시는 분들은 $250 의 등록비를 납부하셔야 합니다.
Those attending without a hotel reservation must pay a registration fee of $250.

3. 등록하신 모든 분들은 아침 조식이 등록비에 포함되어 있습니다.
Daily complimentary breakfast is included in the registration fee for every registrant.

4. 호텔룸에 있는 전화를 사용하실 경우나 호텔룸에 비치되어 있는 유료물품을 사용하시면 개인별로 청구가 됩니다(병물 제외).
The use of the phone in the hotel room or consumption of the hotel's food and beverage in the hotel room will incur additional charges.

5. 간식 및 병물등은 사무실(Solano Room: 처음 등록하신 방)에 구비되어 있으니 필요하신 만큼 가져가 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
Snacks and bottled water are available in the office/Solano Room (registration room) free of charge so feel free to take as many as you need.

6. Check out 하시는 분들은 key를 Front Desk에 말씀하시고 반납해 주시고, 혹시 Drop Box에 Drop하시는 분들은 총대원 전체 카톡방에 check out 하셨음을 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
When you check out, please return your room key to the front desk. In case you put it in the drop box, please let us know through our group chat via Kakao Talk.

7. 사모님들 관광은 수요일(5/22) 오전 9:00시에 호텔 정문에서 출발합니다. 관광에 참여하시지 않는 사모님들께서는, 호텔에 머무시다가, 총대님들과 함께 오후 4:30에 호텔을 출발하여, 샌프란시스코 중앙장로교회로 이동하셔서, 저녁식사를 하시고, 선교의 밤에 참석하시게 됩니다.
The tour for the wives of the members starts at 9 a.m. on Wednesday (5/22) from the hotel main entrance. The wives who do not participate in the tour and stay at the hotel will join the members at 4:30 p.m. to leave for San Francisco Central Presbyterian Church and have dinner and attend a mission night event.

8. 목요일 전체 관광은 관광을 신청하신 분들에 한하여($100) 진행되며 오전 9:00시 호텔 정문에서 출발합니다. 관광에 참석하지 않으시는 분들 중 호텔에 머무시는 분들의 점심은 총준위에서 준비해 드립니다.
The Thursday Tour will be only for those who have applied and paid 100 dollars. The tour will start at 9:00 a.m. from the hotel main entrance. Those who remain at the hotel will have lunch provided by the General Assembly Preparation Committee.

9. 새벽시간이나 밤늦은 시간에 도착하시는 분들과 비행시간이 변경된 분들은 교통분과위원장이신 김정기 목사님(408-605-2134)께 문의 바랍니다.
If you arrive early in the morning or late at night, or if your flight time has changed, please contact Pastor Kim Jeong-gi in charge of the Transportation Committee. His mobile number is 408-605-2134.

10. 상비약이 필요하시거나 응급의료가 필요하신 분들은 사무실(Solano Room)을 방문해 주시거나 의료분과장 챨스 황목사님(408-489-1001)께 문의 바랍니다.
If you are in need of medication or need emergency medical care, please visit the office (Solano Room) or contact Rev. Charles Hwang in charge of the Medical Committee. His mobile number is 408-489-1001.

12. 차를 가지고 총회에 참석하시는 분들은 Parking fee 가 waive 됩니다. 총준위에서 호텔과 협력하여 등록시에 Ticket을 배부해 드리겠습니다.
Parking fees will be waived for those coming to the General Assembly by car. The General Assembly Preparation Committee will work with the hotel to distribute parking tickets upon registration.

13. 주님의 크신 은혜와 축복이 가득한 감사와 기쁨이 풍성히 넘치는 복되고 귀한 성총회가 되기를 간절히 기도드립니다.
We pray that the 48th General Assembly may be filled with our Lord’s grace and peace and may be full of all the members’ joy and gratitude.

14. 아이터너리(Itinerary)를 아직 총준위에 알려주시지 않은 회원께서는 비행편, 도착일시, 도착터미널을 확인하셔서 최대한 빨리 총준위이메일 (2024kapc.sf@gmail.com)로 미리 알려주시기 바랍니다.
Please inform the General Planning Committee of your itinerary if you have not done so yet. Make sure to include your flight details, arrival date and time, and arrival terminal. Kindly send this information as soon as possible to the General Planning Committee's email at 2024kapc.sf@gmail.com.

15. 총회에 참석하시는분들의 편의를 위하여 카카오톡방을 만들었습니다. 카톡알림음이 울릴때는 아무 답변을 하지마시고,무음으로(Turn off상태)해놓으시기 바랍니다.
For the convenience of those attending the General Assembly, a KakaoTalk chat room has been created. Please do not respond when you hear the KakaoTalk notification sound and keep it silent (Turn off mode).

16. 각공항 터미널에 도착하시면 15분마다 운행되는 호텔 셔틀버스를 타고 행사장인 엠버시 스위트호텔까지 오시게 됩니다.
When you arrive at each airport terminal, you will take the hotel shuttle bus, which runs every 15 minutes, to the event venue, the Embassy Suites Hotel.

17. 총준위홈페이지(www.kapcsf48ga.org) 를 방문하셔서, 공항에서 호텔까지 오시는 동영상을 시청하시고, 샌프란시스코 도착 당일날 참고하시기 바랍니다.
Please visit the General Assembly website (www.kapcsf48ga.org) to watch the video on how to get from the airport to the hotel, and refer to it on the day of your arrival in San Francisco.

16. 호텔에는 슬리퍼가 없습니다.필요하신분은 각자 준비해오시기 바랍니다.
The hotel does not provide slippers. If you need them, please bring your own.

17. 행사기간동안 샌프란시스코 날씨는, 따뜻한 봄 날씨정도로 생각하시면됩니다. 셔츠에 얇은 잠바를 준비하시면 됩니다.그러나 밤이나 관광시에는, 약간 추운날씨를 맞이하게 될수도 있습니다.
During the event, the weather in San Francisco will be like warm spring weather. A shirt with a light jacket will be sufficient. However, it may get a bit chilly at night or when sightseeing.

18. 행사당일 도착후 등록은 호텔방관계로 거절될수있습니다.추가등록은 호텔룸배정담당자인 Joseph Kim장로님(415-407-8736)께 출발전에 문의하시기 바랍니다.
On the day of the event, registration may be declined due to hotel room arrangements. For additional registration inquiries, please contact Elder Joseph Kim, the hotel room assignment manager, at 415-407-8736 before your departure.
